Looks good! I had a spare bit of land next to the Downs, so that's where mine ended up as well. Haven't decorated yet, but I like what you did with the place. :D

It looked really good next to the downs and makes logical sense from a gambling perspective. The limo and police car in the next design was a nice touch as well - especially as it rounds out the building and makes it look more square rather than flat.
