WHYDW Factories and Industrial Buildings
I recently started designing a factory district in my town and I'm curious to know what everyone has done with their factories and any other industrial buildings.

https://i.ibb.co/nbrvDHb/F5179576-8085-4-BE1-897-B-EB7-EE8-E3-F54-D.png - This is one of my oldest neighborhoods of SF. It WAS an older industrial area, that lately has an after hours club scene. The old steel mill reportedly has a rave party that's been going continually for over a month. You can see the line going down the alley to get in. They do well with the pharma dispensary right near by.
These club kids are so two dimensional. It's like they walk right through each other - I used 6 buildings for my factory and industrial district but I hope I can expand it when I get some more buildings but I like how its turned out.

Castiel19x: I really like how you have added the trucks with your factories.
JJR2112: They're all great designs especially with the Slaughter House.
fastshadow2: Nice use of using buildings with a similar theme and colour. I never thought the Springfield Shopper, Wholesome & Sons and the Ruined Lard Lad could work in the factory area.
4junk3000: It's funny that Adil Hoxha can go to the steel mill if you noticed him in the pic. Maybe kids in Albania are considered adults in Springfield. I like how you used Orphan Alley in your design since I find that's one of the most challenging buildings to add to Springfield. - I'm working on a 'docks' area on the waterfront. Work inprogress so far
https://i.imgur.com/y2EX9X0.png - I was going to take these screen shots anyways. Here is my factory area. This will change in the next couple weeks. Hopefully for the better. I never really liked the monorail tracks obscuring so much of the far side sidewalk.
https://i.imgur.com/KzhXFMo.jpg - I've put mine along the waterfront. I've also thrown in a few buildings that look like old warehouses but maybe could have been repurposed as a restaurant or something else. Kind of like what happens to old warehouse districts in major cities.
