24 Hour tasks?

It's not the grave. I don't have the grave but can put Monroe on the 24 hour "prove he's alive" task in my town. Could it be completion of the Kearney side quest that adds the 24 hour task? I did win Kearney in a mystery box recently and was able to complete that small addition to Monroe's quest line.
