Halloween areas. The walls are great for both % and income.

Medical hub. My railway tracks spans across the town and with the exception of those along the edges of the town, Little Lady Justice will line under the tracks. Though I know that this is aesthetically odd. My railway tracks do not overlap my buildings. Little Lady Justice offers great %
