It's a warning mainly for the players who are using older devices to play the game that there game will become more laggy and slower loading the more items over the 7300 that they add, I now play only on my phone until I get a newer tablet as I'm currently just over 9,600 items and whilst the game plays absolutely fine on my S8+ it's completely unplayable on my old Tab 3 10.1 ( it worked quite well until I went over 8,500 items) so if I reduced the number of items in my Springfield then I'd be able to use the tablet again (but that'll never happen).
