They aren't limited time if you want Kodos topiaries you can always buy them

they should have made it like the xmas wheel where there was only one section for the topiary and once you won the Kang one then it rotated to Kodos and then back to kang and continued this way.
If this was the case i would have one of each that i would display somewhere in my Springfield but because i have 2 the same and am missing one those lovely topiaries have found a place hidden behind a building so i can continue to get the bonus without displaying them.
This would have been a good idea so we all stood a chance of getting an even amount of each topiaries
