One of many reasons not to spend cash on this game.

I can understand EA trying to raise cash and am not overly concerned.

As for disputes at a later date - never release that same content again unless it is for real money.
Yes there will be a disconnect, (sorry, wrong choice of word at the moment), between premium and freemium but it is the only way to stop someone complaining at a later date.

I am not sure what surprises me the most:
A\ EA think a fair amount of people will buy, considering how things are currently.
B\ There may be people who don't have space, land tokens or GGR but are buying it anyway because, well why not, and if they can't place it, then they'll complain about it later.

Incidentally, I only have 670 donuts and it has taken me a while to build them up as it is, so all of those MB's are beyond my reach anyway, because there's no guarantee what I'll get or at what cost so I'll carry on saving for the YMB instead.

Used my free token, didn't get what I wanted, meh it was free can't grumble still a bonus.

When I first read this I was severely P-I-Serpent-Serpent- ED, it sounds arrogant, it's lacking the perspective on the bigger picture, and to be honest it looks like it's a Humble-Brag comment.

Listen, the last purchase I made was exactly twelve months ago, in Order to buy the Lard Lad Factory.

I liked the aesthetic appeal of the building, and I'd worked hard that year. Fast Forward to today?

The VHS building is the only one that appeals to me, other than that it's a shoddy half baked event.

Why should I buy?

Donut Purchase characters added to boxes was the draw, that's when I said to myself EA..... You'll have to offer something really, really, above reasonable in order for me to spend actually money in this game.

Support the game, the developers, the servers.

However do not blindly believe that those of us who whine, do so while having sat on our butts all day without as doing as little as contributing a measly dollar.

Yet my fellow members, my fellow forumites, yes they have time and time again voiced my opinions better than I ever could.

These "Cheap Ninjas" helped build the game when it was new.
They laid he foundation, through word of mouth, sharing with friends or even showing interest in the game when things weren't as lively.

If they criticize it's only to improve the game, who wants to play a terrible game let alone support it.

In this game of money talks, the whales who make the biggest splash have the louder voice.

A dangerous game to be playing I shall admit, my whaling days are far past me (until they release Bender Bending Rodriguez), however all those receipts electronic or otherwise exist... A trail I could show, I could compare.... and in those eyes who would truly be The Cheap Whining Ninja?
