- Buildings that are free, usually take longer to build.
- Its an illusion to make us think its an okay event reward when there's been like a dozen better new premium buildings this last 4 weeks.

Quite. I can't remember the last time we had a 24hr build TBH. It's no biggie though as it's not as if the prize is an essential building - just unusal!- Oedipus Rx, In store for act 2, also had a 24hr. build time.
