Am I a jerk for deleting farmers?

No.

Although I house farm myself I do it tastefully. I remember those English suburbs with little houses all the same and neat gardens to match so I believe that a town can have a few hundred houses but to just put them in one corner without streets just for the sake of money that's awful...

Many towns have premium buildings, between the house hoarding and they are a sight that I don't want to see ever again so I delete them asap.

And God I need some sleep...
  • I agree with you. I have a few in my friends list like that too. I haven't deleted them but I must admit that visiting their towns is boring. I didn't seem to notice it as much with other events but the whacking day event means we're in friends towns for longer and looking around them a lot more. I has given me a chance to really appreciate the little individual quirks of some towns and the effort most people put in.
  • No. You're definitely not alone. Many people in this forum don't like to add house farmers. Nothing against it, I personally just don't like to scroll through a see of roofs to find a building to spray paint. I enjoy seeing nice towns. My exception is if you're a new player. Because its definitely the best free way to earn money in this game, and it takes a while to get in the millions. But if you have every building, premium, and millions of $ but are still house farming? I'll probably delete. I understand people do it for the free bonus level donuts, but I hate seeing them, lol.
  • probably not... I have a small 30-blue house farm, and probably will demolish it soon anyway, but I have a couple new neighbors where it is a couple hundred houses and it is just aweful.

20 houses are okay, but 2000, really make me upset.

2000?? Does anyone have that many lol with the new limit you wouldnt be left with much of a town would ya LOL
  • If you can make it look nice,I guess it's ok,just when they ran them all together makes it extremely hard to find snakes,I don't visit the farmers I've got now to frustrating. Sorry guys if any of the farmers I have as friends read this and wonder why iam not dropping eggs, got yourself to blame, visiting friends with this new waking day task is a tedious task in itself not to mention trying to sift through the houses to find them.

I agree with you. There is a major difference between a few row houses (I have one such complex, but it's only 12 houses in three groups) and a house farm. The house farms are pretty bad, IMO. I have one neighbor who has almost no open space - no space for snakes to appear!
  • To be honest, this snake hunt is better with smaller towns. House farmers make it harder to find them.
  • It's your account, keep who you want and remove the rest. Chances are good the people you remove won't even notice you're gone, and there's always plenty of other people to add.

I don't think anybody's going to be personally insulted. Then again...
