Android bug for friends!
I'm an Android user, and I can have 100. It just gives you a warning that make it sound like YOU hit max, if you add a maxed player.

Yes, but you will get a message from your iOS device saying that your springfield has been changed, and that it maybe isn't saved. If you wanna be secured, log out of your android device and reload the iOS game. If you dare, just click play.
