annoying delay with roads, water, concrete.
Yes, it takes me at least 30 seconds to load/acknowledge. Very annoying.

It's been happening to me too. Everything seems to lag an extra second when I click but the pavement lags a good 30 or so seconds. Pretty infuriating especially with the inaccurate selection tool. Try to click on a bench and hit the pavement...that'll be 30 seconds. No remodeling until this is done. I was just trying to move characters on tasks in my loading zone to help out neighbors, but the game doesn't seem to want me to.
