annoying delay with roads, water, concrete.

Fair enough. Just ran a quick field test with my "feeder" town and a second device. There was no delay with my feeder on my tablet or my phone. There was a delay with my main town on both devices (shorter on my tablet-- it's better hardware and has less going on in the background). I'm also having some layering issues with my main town but not feeder. I did see other threads on the layering issues. Maybe its a graphics glitch affecting only some towns.
