annoying delay with roads, water, concrete.
Yes, it takes me at least 30 seconds to load/acknowledge. Very annoying.

This happened to me after the x-mass update. I thought it froze up till I tried on my phone again last night and left it alone, and after 5-10 minutes it un froze and I was playing again. Just slooooooowly.
