I would love to have her in the game as a event prize not in a level update.

Same here. There were the comments right before about the change in the music, the dancers, the outfit underneath her dress, etc.

Then you need to get their people to talk to EA's people and make this happen.

Somewhat relatively, I was kind of disappointed that the narrative dove into a plot hole after that. There was no reference to Princess Penelope's new, raunchy "Alaska Nebraska" image afterwards, making it somewhat pointless to have even added it to the dialogue. Absurdity and satire are something I am totally willing to get behind, but I can always count on being frustrated each time a Tapped Out character interacts with another by the sheer amount of strings left untied. Not to add to the forum's daily pity party or anything.

I doubt she will be a character. It would have just been a reference to Miley Cyrus.
