I did find it bit more ugh than usual, but that was between 2am and 3am.

Mine was fine at like 5 am then out of nowhere just got super choppy I guess it's just me I've tried just about everything to try and fix it I have a bunch of jobs to set and it's to hard to do it the way it is now

If by choppy you mean that it slows down when it wants to, some say lagging, it is usually that the server is bogged down by too much activity. For most of us this leads to the Bart screen, or occasionally getting bumped off.
If your game starts to lag, log off and back on. The game is getting old, and as in humans, when we get older our memories tend to slow a bit.
