I was looking for Apu's Apartment, which I think costs 160 donuts, but I can't seem to find it anywhere, is it still available?

To be fair, that issue varies greatly from player to player. It all depends on your donut-generating capabilities (or your willingness to buy them) and how many potential mystery box items you already have. Beyond that, it is a mystery box. The element of chance is something you implicitly agree to when you purchase a box.
