I was looking for Apu's Apartment, which I think costs 160 donuts, but I can't seem to find it anywhere, is it still available?

This is the first event where I’ve been able to pick up every mystery box at once and not have to worry about landing a dud at the expense of what I most wanted. (FYI Apu’s apartment was the last box I got)
