Hate the event. The crafting reminds me of the Cursed Easter Event! Horrible! :( Makes me to miss Josh Sherer, hope the spelling is not too far off...

Actually I'm really enjoying this event. That being said, I'll probably store almost everything I get from this event. Casinos and what not aren't my thing. BUT, I still really appreciate the effort they've put into this and the fact that they've listened to us because a ton of people wanted this. There is something for everyone here.Also, I think you'll be surprised at how easily things are going to be crafted as we move along. Maybe it's just me, but just checking in like I normally do is building up (slowly) a decent amount of crafting materials.

Not a gambler here so most of the casinos and signs will go into storage after the event. However, everything about it seems easy enough so that I am speeding towards the end of this act fairly easily. I don't think the crafting is nearly as bad as some people make it out to be and it takes on more usefulness when it unlocks the cards. I would say I would enjoy it more if it were a different subject but it is still okay.

I'm a neutral about the event, enjoying the dialogue and love some of the prizes but not a fan of the upgrade process, to me it seems that it was designed just to drag out the length of time it takes to complete the event and I've found it just to be a boring grind like Springfield Heights.

I don't really like it. I like Nessie. I like the fountains. BUT WHY DO I NEED SO MANY CASINOS in my game??? I was originally saving up donuts for Plato's casino but now that I'm getting like 40+ casinos from this event I think I'll go for Florence of Arabia instead. :roll:

I mean its not NOT fun, but why so many casinos?? I get that its a Casino event but why so mannnnyy???

I like it a lot, mostly because my creative juices stopped flowing for a while and this, along with the area select tool, has rekindled my designing. The prizes are great and the bonuts are plentiful.

I would give this event 7/10. I gave it a higher score because of the nostalgic episodes for which the items are based. For the most part, the buildings could have been better. Looking forward to Nero's.

I voted "I like it a lot". I predict by the end of the event it could hit 2nd or 3rd on my list of favourite events. Stonecutters takes the first place, there was nothing lacking in that event, and nothing was there that I wished wasn't. Currently Superheroes is 2nd, both for all the great characters/skins, the storyline. Did it also debut Fight Club? Monsarno is also very high, for having all of the Terwilligers, and how crazy I went with Fight Club!! The only thing holding this event back is that it needs slightly more characters (only 1 or 2-for example certain White Tiger owners!) and the HORRIBLE inclusion of crafting again!!!

I love it but it's also my first full event that I have been able to do. I just started playing during act 3 of the winter event.

That's a tough time to start this game! I'm sorry that happened! :(

I started just before Thanksgiving 2013, like a week before, and you needed to get to Level 15 to get Moe's, I was on that game for about 12 hours non-stop, and I finally got it!! I was just lucky events weren't as involved back then, with no Acts or anything, just one long timer to complete everything!!

Those were the days-there was no crafting either! ;)

The fact that I play 3-4 times daily and still couldn't get Lucious in ANY of my 3 towns is ridiculous.

I actually like MOST of the prizes. Not being able to craft til level ups is stupid. I'm STILL not at level 2.

LOVE the design of my casino district just hate the denominations/odds of the event
