Actually, no. I have two serious problems with it: the Lyle Lanley tease and the too-low project cap. If Lyle and his fantastic hat trick animation come back, it might be salvageable, but right now I'm just annoyed. (Add the fact that there are very few donut opportunities and dumping garbage on a building doesn't animate it like haunting, spying, or reporting did, and there's very little about this event to keep me motivated.)
