Enjoying it quite a bit, but the only cromulent problem, if I may, is that its an event, not an update.
Once its over how will new players get a monorail?
Hopefully they add some monorail that will cost ingame currency, like some aspirational building (perhaps the 1984 world fair monorail?)
Other than that im enjoying it quite a lot, if lyle lannley is perma added it will be an infinity/10 otherwise its a 9.999/10
Do you mind me asking, how are you enjoying it considering the Project Board issue?
Yeah that, well I bought the premium buildings, and even though I havent logged in every four hours for lisas slurry or the possums im still ahead according to the calendar, not by much just a couple thousand blueprints.
However it is an annoying issue I guess the hype train (or monorail in this case) is blinding me to the negative aspects of this event.
Anyone hoping for a community part to this event? someonewashere wrote:

Well I'm glad you're blinded enough to enjoy it regardless! :)
But I just feel it shouldn't be EA who dictate the speed of our progress, at least not this much, and because we were all looking forward to it so much, it could've been so much more. And after making us wait all this time, then EA try and restrict how much track we get?!- 2/10 for monorail.
Would be 8 with the exception of limited projects per day. I spent a total of 10 minutes playing this morning and maxed out (5 minutes as I woke up, 5 minutes after an hour waiting for collect metal) and apparently done for the day. - 2/10
This is the first event that has been boring to play. I started playing during C.O.C and every event has been a grindfest . With this one i am done before noon with nothing else to do event related. I am already done with SH so there is not much to do except try and save up for more land. Come on EA let us grind for prizes and extra track. This event has lots of promise just not how it has been implemented. Please fix - I like the event, but feels like something is missing. It's a bit easy and not really much to do.
Also I don't like that we can't craft or do anything to get extra tracks or prizes. MaxxSpider wrote:
I love that i am working towards building a monorail but that's about it.
This event is so strange. Previous event reward you for playing the game a lot and this one is the opposite.
I log in first thing in the morning and then i have new things to do on my project board. Since i have full garbage and metal from the day before i decide to do the option that results in the most blueprints. I do 2 and then i can no longer do anymore and have nothing left to do for the rest of the day. OK well i guess every 8 hours i can kill a few possums for very little blueprints. All i have left to do is fill my garbage and metal stash for the next day. Oh wait i can do neighbor visits once a day also.
This event is stupid. there is no benefit to logging in frequently.
If they at least let you continue doing things off the project board all day it would be so much better.
This is funny to me because during each event all we hear is complaining that we have to grind all day in order to get everything. I have work/school and I don't have time to play all day, this is impossible.
Now I got on at@1:20am and by 1:21am I was done Mitch the PB, but I really wish there was some M related items to craft in the meantime.- i just want the Krusty's Drive-Thru Station so bad but short of donuts

There just isn't enough to do, especially compared to previous events. Its like they want us all to finish in a tie for 1st place. - DigitalBagginsNew NoviceLove the monorail i just hate all the bottle necks with daily caps
- Like the event so far! Even though we can't hand in alot of projects oon a day I do like the more simple events. I need some rest in events :)
Gives us some time to get more heights stuff.
