ATTN: EA!
I still don't get the concept of a "free" game maker owing users anything if it doesn't function correct all the time.
No one forces you to play, when you buy donuts you assume the risk knowing the game may not work 100% all the time...
I feel the pain, but I'm not sure how they owe anyone, anything. At all. Voluntary free game.
It's one thing to request the game be fixed, but they should now give away revenue (donuts are a revenue stream for them) due to technical issues. It just baffles me. If they gave every user affected by the occasional problems they'd make no money, no new content, and the game would go away to give the server space to a more profitable game. I'd rather the game stay around, and I'll keep spending $5-$10 a month or so to keep playing a game I love but FULLY understand that at times, it will be down. That's part of the agreement.
Not trying to bust chops, but just seeing a LOT of people crying about the voluntary and free game.
