I'm a lawyer and I'm pretty sure about my basics on contract law and mate if somebody is offering you something better for a bit of money and you are willing to pay for that enhanced experience and you are not happy with it..you have every right in the book to raise your disappointment...and no body was talking abt any moral obligation here...if I spent a dime on anything I would see to that it satisfies the reason why I spent the same and nobody who is trying to teach me abt some stupid one sided terms and conditions would convince me that I can't express my concerns and who dictates here what is with purpose and what is not?..I believe if threads posting pictures of regular users is remotely with any purpose discussing one's concerns regarding the standard of a game and I don't care if its a FREE game, holds very much purpose. Yes, EA is not monitoring the forum but the title says "general discussion" for the users to share their thoughts on the game and my thoughts are completely for that purpose only. Finally so what if it is a free game?...a person buying donuts and a person who is not would have put in the same amount of time and effort to enjoy the game...therefore both have equal say if they have any qualms regarding the game.
P.S. in my experience as a lawyer I have come across many EULA thrown into the bin by the courts as unfair and yes I have read the agreement and its quite like any other one which will be scrutinised pretty hard if put to test before a court.
I love this game and this forum is very useful and entertaining so lets not patronise things while making a point.
