Barbarian statue does not go to inventory

It happened to me today also. I put in a ticket with EA. Didnt know the statue was unique and we are only allowed one. Why can we still get notification its won in the dig and put in inventory if its not? Will see what the reply is from EA. I dont cheat and would like 2% if I'm supposed to get it. And while they're at it they could fix the claw machine...and the stupid robot battle thingy from the future event that won't pay out if you're full, unlike the one from the spy event.
