Black History: Prizes

Wow, this event is so brutal with the currency required for each reward. I'm only at halfway mark of the 3rd reward and it already feels like forever.

Question: refresh my memory, when Act 2 starts i can continue with Act 1 (if i haven't already completed it) right?
