I'm level 18, so either a glitch or the required level is higher than 18 if that's the case. Anyone know the exact level?

My guess is 22 when channel 6 is added. I think he's pretty useless without the building, so perhaps they updated his level requirement.

Buggers if so... I was hoping to get a Premium character to help me level up quicker and also earn a bit of extra cash.

I guess I will have to go with Kearny then, even though I would much prefer Bumblebee Man since he actually has voice work.

He's nothing special, his only visual tasks are 30 minutes and 1 hour, and a bunch of his tasks are at Channel 6.

Kearny will go to Krustyland - so he will help out in the long run. Or you could save and get Dr. Nick or someone else instead.

I'm pretty sure I got bumblebee man before channel 6. His tasks are very limited until you get channel 6, though. Maybe they recently changed it so he doesn't appear until channel 6 is available?

Originally it was I think it was April that it was changed to level 5.

OP I'd say check again either after building channel 6 or competing the quests because they could of changed it so you need channel 6 like how you can't buy Arnie Pye until you get the quest for the weather station
Edit: also if you don't see him by the time you finish the channel 6 quests to contact ea
