Can't delete "friend"
I know on my ipad some people were subsisted on origin. Scroll all the way down past where z would be and see if the alphabet starts over with different people.

HAH! Got him. What a pain! I had to sit with my Origin friend list open on my laptop and compared it with my friends in the game. One name on the Origin list was not in the game. Removed him and my mystery friend is gone. Went about half way thru my friends list before I found him.
