Character's still missing after Taps 5
Hello. Where are Wierd Al Yankovitch and pests from Treehouse of Horror XXVIII?

Weird Al didn't return mainly because Weird Al himself is still alive. Think it has to do with the license.
Stephen Hawking returned to the game a couple years ago because Stephen Hawking died back in 2018.
So yeah, it probably has to do with the license. They would only be added if EA asks permission perhaps but EA would only have them return after they die, probably as part of the license agreement.
As for content that didn't return, EA probably just forgot .
