Citizen Solar & Wind Lad are now available
Are they actually permanent in-game playable characters too, or just fighters?

They have a quest line to complete but unfortunately I put them in Burns summer mansion so can't check what jobs they have so from that I suspect that they aren't NPC, I'm sure someone will post a task list soon just to confirm.
