Citizens erratic walking patterns
I got this too. I've also noticed sometimes characters will walk way out of their way to get to a task and then double back.

I built an octagon floating sitting area off my Squidport with benches and hottubs. There were no tiles connecting the squidport which had the entrance attached to that area. My characters would literally flock to that area and roam around until I sent them on tasks. They would literally walk over water and through fences to get there as well. I had white fences completely surrounding the outside (safety first!) and they couldn't stay away! LOL
