Citizens erratic walking patterns
I got this too. I've also noticed sometimes characters will walk way out of their way to get to a task and then double back.

I wasn't quick enough to catch a screen cap of it, but Homer was near my Squidport when I set his "Be the Chosen One" task. He walked out into the water, stood there and raised his arms. It was quite humorous.
