Regarding DSH, is the rocket just supposed to be a decoration now? I already had this in my main town, but I got to do this with my crawl town and I was excited since I missed out on it before. I had Homer launch the rocket and then put out the fires, but I never got an option to make the rocket blast off for 12 hours. Which would mean there's no chance of getting multiplier items if it won't potentially launch every 12 hours.
Does it work the way it's supposed to for anyone that did DSH this time around? Just curious if I should contact EA or if it was meant to be a decoration.
