I am absolutely crestfallen. I just finished Chiliad and no matter what I do I can't get Homer the Heretic to trigger. I was halfway through it the first time around but couldn't finish it do to various real-life stuff. I was really looking forward to finishing that mini, finishing the Sunday Morning Homer skin, and getting those two buildings I was missing. Dang. I really hope there's some other opportunity to trigger this eventually.
