It's a very low level building.
As we have all gone through the game, we have all gained plenty of high earning buildings.
Considering the difference corn makes for a low level, I think it is great. Also I still do not scoff at that much experience or money.
Half the thing of planting corn anyways, is it is fun. My Christmas corn is now on track (thank you witch marge) :D I can't wait to wake up to corn on Christmas day.
