Creating an accurate(ish) Springfield

I've been building mine as a roughly accurate duplicate of the original Springfield, too. It's going we'll so far but I need more space.

I've been using this image as a reference

  • Does that penultimate image show Skip's diner next to the android's dungeon? If so I need to rearrange my high street!

I refuse to accept any image that shows King Toot's anywhere but next to Moe's! (even though that's not even the case in the opening credits!)
  • You're right - I checked the game Virtual Springfield and they were next to each other! Across the street is a Krusty Burger.

  • If it helps anyone I saw this last night on an episode...shocking pic.

From the lady gaga episode.. Series 23 finale.
  • Well, I'm sure trying. It is, of course, impossible to be completely screen accurate since the town changes on the needs of an individual episode. But, with the map (sadly out of date now) and screening the show on DVD, Blu-Ray and broadcast television, I am doing my best.

I have trouble spots and some stuff is pressed together either due to land expansion waiting or waiting for stuff to unlock or to save up for dounuts, but I'm pretty proud of my attempts. Feel free to ask for a friend invite, swing by and take a gander. Always open for suggestions and tips.

Oh, and something to chew over: the haircut place is on the map in the European section of the city, by Luigi's, but the Simpsons wiki says it is actually a single haircut shop that has had name changes, which would shift the building over to by Town Square. What say you, nitpickers of Springfield?
