I had the same task this morning, I just naught two fences.

I'm not getting a separate Springfield Heights section in my store anymore. There's the odd item available amongst the others in the main store. Certainly not the full range.

Is there a limit on the number of furniture bought items you can own?

There is a separate section for SH you just need to open the full menu by moving the > arrow
