Day of the Triffids: Simpsons!

Well, couldn't find a running animation for him. Besides, he'd probably think that would be one of the coolest things ever.

Abso-Frackin-lutely! After Halloween before Christmas would be perfect timing. Anyway EA would consider it?

Actually I've been wanting to do it since I first harvested Triffids, seeing as the reward was "end of humanity" and then nothing happens. Loved the book Day of the Triffids.

I saw the movie, before I read the book. When I was young, 8 or 9, our local movie theatre used to play old B horror movies for the kids matinee on Saturdays. Then, the movie kinda creeped me out. I recently rewatched it. I gotta say stuff like the nurse lighting the patients cigarette in his hospital room kind of cracked me up.

The book is far superior, as are all of Wyndham's stories. My favorite being The Midwich Cuckoos.
