Decorations to Boost Consumerism. Pretty please?

With Whacking Day presumably coming up it would be perfect timing. And since they are about the size of carts they could easily be hidden if people need an extra boost. Hm, not a bad idea. I'd like something more permanent, as well, but if they wanted to make event decorations boost consumerism that would at least be something.
