Decorations to Boost Consumerism. Pretty please?

With Whacking Day presumably coming up it would be perfect timeing. And since they are about the size of carts they could easily be hidden if people need an extra boost. That sounds like its a doer. I think, they must be able to do one small decoration, just one to affect the dreaded consumerism score :?
