Deleting Excess Friend Requests - Makes game load faster!

That's outgoing requests to others and not people asking me. I see no way to get rid of them as I can't open the list.
When I go to the Origin client on my PC I can't seem to locate those outgoing requests at all.
Should I be concerned? Is this impacting load times just like incoming friend requests?
Does anyone know how to get rid of them?
