Did this happen with anyone else?
I'm pretty sure this is accurate and not a glitch. That's what happened with mine and I think I read in a thread that it resets to zero after each prize

Do not worry, according to calendar (second post in strategy thread), there is 101.000 casino chips to be collected in Act I, and it is definitely achievable (I'm already day ahead)
