I had to learn this from the forums too as it's not part of the game's tutorial. The simpsons house regenerates in 45 seconds. Clicking ANY high payout building before the owner has a chance to resets the clock on that building for them. So if they're, say, asleep or at work you can save them up to 8 hours on another big payout. They then get your handshake's payout and if you did it 8 hours before them on a 12 hour payout building, their next payout is only 4 hours away, instead of the normal 12.

Also, graffiti is the only way you can make these buildings pay out for them.

Now I ask you, unlike The lovely MaxxSpider here, why would you regenerate a 45 second house ever again?

Perhaps we should put it right next to the Squidport...

My Evergreen Terrace is on the far side of my SF and I haven't had anyone tap the Simpson house since Halloween. However I do have some brainiac friends, who find 3 of my Kwik-E-Marts scattered around my town and tap them. I booted two of them yesterday. I mean seriously, two of those Kwik-E-Marts are next to buildings, that can be vandalized.

i go directly to the squidport entrance and see if there is a tile there if not then i tap the first 3 available items.
i barely have enough time to visit all my neighbors so i don't think i am going to waste time looking around their town trying to figure out what is best for them. Are people really this concerned with this. I am just happy a neighbor visited but very happy if they were nice enough to leave me a tile but everything else i could care less as it is very little help even if they tap the long generating buildings. most of the time when i go to a town the only things available to tap are the brown house and Simpson's house outside of the graffiti.

so maybe the buildings were already vandalized and the neighbor was doing what they thought was nice and leaving the graffiti for you to clean instead of cleaning it themselves

You seem like a good neighbour, I tell everyone to move their 'tappable preferences to the landing zone or Squidport. If it's not there, I too will click on the next best thing.

The Simpson house is just a pet peeve lots of us share and I thought it would make for some funny pics.
