Does the mystery box/daily play combo 24 hour log in timer not work properly?

I know I've missed over 24 hours and not had the timer reset. My guess is that it is viewing each day as the 24 hour period during which you need to log in as opposed to needing to log in within 24 h...

So if you log in at 6 AM on Monday and again at 10 PM on Tuesday, you'll be ok even though you've gone 40 hours between logins.


I see your point, but I didn't log in all of Saturday. So, that doesn't make sense. That's a full 24 hour day missed.
