Drop rate for crafting items?
I think they said it's 10% for lockpicks, which is pretty close to what you've got. Criminals spawn quickly and are all over the place. You should have no problem getting them.

I got the first five lockpicks very quickly after getting the Collector, but zero since then. I've only had lockpicks drop from criminals in my own town, so I presume that's the only source for them? It would be really nice if we could also get them from visiting neighbors; we capture criminals then, too.
