Drop rate for crafting items?
I think they said it's 10% for lockpicks, which is pretty close to what you've got. Criminals spawn quickly and are all over the place. You should have no problem getting them.

Has anybody else noticed a major uptick in the lock pick drop rate today?
I had noticed I was starting to get a lot more in the last couple of hours before going to bed last night, but didn't track them. This morning, my big sweep of the entire town generated 5 picks, though I didn't think to count the criminals. Since then I actually did start tracking them, and so far I'm up to 7 picks for 41 criminals (17%). It definitely felt like it was far below 10% before that, maybe as low as 5%.
Just wondering if it's simply that my luck has shifted or if other people are noticing something similar, in which case EA might have adjusted something.
