EA... please put Superhero building collections on top of building cash collection...
This annoyed me too at first as I also like to leave all (or at least most) of my buildings free for neighbours to tap. However, some person much wiser than me has posted on here to confirm that during this event you can merrily clear the cash from your buildings without affecting how much is left for your neighbours - it's the yellow radioactive symbols that prevent a tap in this case, so as long as you're clearing those on a regular basis, your neighbours will be fine.
I'm pleased about this, as I could really do with the extra cash.
