unfortunately I have a cold so can't do much else so I keep logging onto TSTO and can confirm that it appears only 3 elves each 30 minutes. What is the point of lower cool down periods when in 3 hours you can only get 18 elves but at the moment I can fire 33 elves in a similar time period?
over a 24 hour period you then can get 144 elves which at my current fire rate of 4 bells per elf that means only 576 bells per day. this of course is supplemented by the 4 additional elves every 8 hours from the elf channel so this takes it to about 600 bells per day.
getting bells from the neighbours daily earns somewhere between 330 and 500 bells depending on how many doubles you earn.
So that is about 950-1000 bells per day.
The daily rate required is about 1185 so with the bonus bells on tasks completed plus bonus bells where a good neighbout has tapped the cannon or channel you should be able to get there.
I know more elfs per blast are available per upgrade of the cannon so this will make it easier as you upgrade, although this yask is painfully slow with the limited elfs available and then the 30% chance of getting cogs.
It seems that it is achievable but you must be a committed player to get there (if you do not use donuts)
