Evil Shopkeeper Bundle
EA needs to make it available for those who has the building... back in the day i received it for free, but now due to it i cant get the character and npc

The only evil shopkeeper bundle I know of is, when you decide there's nothing you want to buy, perhaps it's too expensive, and as you're leaving the shopkeeper bundles on top of you pinning you to the floor and refuses to let you go until you've bought something.
