Why does your place "earlier in line" entitle you to anything more than the people "behind you in line"?

You aren't special because you played sooner.

There are some people here who like to believe they are on a different level of play than those who came after them, and are protective of "their stuff". It's their badge of honor, and several love to shove it in the face of newer players that way.

Now i CAN understand limiting EARNED items related to an event. As in, if you didn't play for Easter, you shouldn't have access to simply buy the Faberge egg that had to be earned.

But items which could be bought in the past, can and should be released in future limited releases. Games that penalize noobs for being new, don't last long.

You could buy the egg before you earned it through the quest. Other items that could only be earned through the quests and not through using donuts you have a point, they shouldn't be available until the event reappears.
