Eyes Open.. Eyes Closed

If you have eyes closed all your buildings are grayed out so you can see your people better walking around. Basically it does nothing!!

It is a function of the build menu.

One button greys out the buildings and the other greys out or makes invisible everything else but the walking characters. BTW This feature does not help you find the characters doing tasks within buildings. I hate that!!
