Finally: A KINDLE Fix - Good Job EA

I agree, maybe EA should put the C team on it and give up on the D team, since we are never going to see the b team fixing this game

It appears that both Kindle and Android devices are mainly affected, the thread on Answers is now 12 pages long. :(

This kindle user has given up on this event as it is impossible to stay logged in more than a few seconds.

I submitted a ticket to EA Help yesterday. this is the reply i got today...

For now, there is currently no workaround I can suggest. In the meantime, we will continue working hard behind the scenes to identify, fix and release a potential address for this issue.

Do not be alarmed when reading this email that the case will be closed for now. We most certainly have not forgotten about you, we simply require a little more time to deal with this issue.

This is to recap, we've asked for your patience until our concerned team finish their investigation and find a fix.

I hope you can understand this.

Well that's a shame, sorry for those affected. Maybe they just don't have the work force to fix this?
